Return Policy

Check your order on arrival

Please check your order as soon as it is delivered, to make sure everything arrived correctly and undamaged. If that isn't the case, contact us right away at info@yugiohlimburg.com.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to let us know, without giving a reason, that you want to return a product within 14 days after delivery. After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

During this period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. If you return a product:

• the costs of sending it back to us are for your own account;
• return it with all accessories that came with it;
• make sure it is in good condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original state and packaging.

How to return a product

Before sending anything back, please register your return with us by email at info@yugiohlimburg.com, so we can handle it properly. Include:

• the name of the product
• your order number
• the date you placed the order
• your name and address
• the date of your request
• optionally, the reason for the return. You don't have to give one, but it helps us improve our service.

Refunds

We refund the full amount, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days, provided the products are returned in good condition.

• The cost of sending the return to us is for the buyer.
• With a partial return, the shipping costs and any transaction costs are not refunded.
• We refund the cost of standard shipping only. If you chose a more expensive shipping method, we refund the standard shipping cost.
